Refund Policy

Rugs and Homeware Merchant (RHM) does not accept return or exchange of items unless found to be defective (factory defect or delivery damage).

Damage caused by misuse, such as incorrect storage, cleaning with unsuitable products, vacuuming with rotating brush attachments (beaters) will deem product ineligible for returns. The products damaged by misuse cannot be considered faulty and will not be exchanged or refunded.

Customers must inform RHM, intention of return of products strictly within 7 days of delivery. Customers must contact RHM with clear description of defect with clear photos that shows the defect. Once RHM team receives the photos and description, we will get back to you with further instructions.

If return of product is accepted by RHM, products should be returned with packaging intact. Once the product is received allow us up to 72 hours to examine the product and determine the eligibility of refund. If the product is found not to be faulty customer will be responsible for all the freight charges that incurs to send the product back.
