Rugs and Homeware Merchant offers free shipping on products over $600 throughout Australia*. For all orders under $600, we charge as per the city the product is to be delivered to.
We try out best to process all orders and dispatch them within 72 hours of receiving the order. It is possible for us to delay confirmation when there is a higher volume of order. Any order placed can be cancelled without incurring any fee until it is dispatched from the warehouse. If an order is cancelled whilst, in transit with the courier company, we will need the rug returned to us before we process any refund. If a rug is out of stock, we will contact you and try to give you an estimated time of arrival which is subject to change. If customer no longer wants to wait for the rug, we are more than happy to provide a full refund. During our busier periods like public holidays and peak season, we can sometimes experience small delays in dispatching due to a high volume of backorders.
Please note, that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
